1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, web hosting, domain registration, and related services (the “Services”) provided by BeyondHoster (“we”, “us”, “our”). By purchasing or using our Services you agree to these Terms.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
3. Services
We provide web hosting, domain registration, and related add-ons. Domain registrations are provided through third-party registrars and are subject to the policies of those registrars and ICANN. Plan specifications (storage, bandwidth, etc.) are described on each product page and may change over time.
4. Payment and Billing
- All fees are payable in advance for the selected billing period.
- Services are activated after payment is received and confirmed.
- Prices may change; renewals are billed at the then-current rate.
- Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout.
5. Renewals
Hosting and domains renew for the same term unless cancelled before the renewal date. It is your responsibility to renew on time to avoid service interruption or domain loss.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Services to host or transmit content that is illegal, infringing, malicious, or that violates the rights of others. Prohibited activities include (without limitation) spam, malware distribution, phishing, copyright infringement, and anything that compromises server security or stability. We may suspend or terminate Services that violate this policy.
7. Domain Registration
Domain registrations, transfers, and renewals are final. Once a domain is registered, the registration fee is non-refundable. You are responsible for providing accurate registrant details and complying with ICANN and registry requirements.
8. Service Availability
We aim to meet the uptime stated on each plan but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Scheduled maintenance and events beyond our reasonable control may affect availability.
9. Backups
Although backups may be included as described in your plan, you remain responsible for keeping your own copies of your data. We are not liable for any loss of data.
10. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your Services for non-payment, breach of these Terms, or as required by law. Upon termination your data may be deleted.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BeyondHoster shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or profits. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Services in the preceding three (3) months.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.
