This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are issued for Services purchased from BeyondHoster. By purchasing our Services you agree to this policy.

Web Hosting — 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

New shared hosting plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund of the hosting fee within 30 days of your initial purchase. This applies to first-time purchases only and does not cover renewals.

Domain Registrations — Non-Refundable

Domain registrations, transfers, and renewals are non-refundable once processed, because these fees are paid to the registry and cannot be reversed — even when purchased as part of a bundle or promotion.

Renewals

Renewal payments for hosting and domains are non-refundable. Please cancel before your renewal date if you do not wish to continue.

Add-ons

Add-on services (such as SSL certificates, dedicated IPs, or migration services) are non-refundable once activated or delivered.

Exceptions

Refunds are not issued for Services terminated due to a violation of our Terms and Conditions or Acceptable Use Policy.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email info@beyondhoster.com with your order number and the reason for your request. Eligible refunds are processed to your original payment method (or by bank transfer where applicable) within 7–14 business days.
